Multi-Stage Control Valve

Multi-stage control valves use either a multi-stage cage-type sleeve plug or an axial flow labyrinth-type plug. The multi-stage pressure reduction fully controls the flow velocity of the medium passing through the valve, significantly reducing the noise generated by high-pressure gas or steam within the valve.

The stable multi-stage pressure reduction effectively prevents cavitation in liquids, making it a stable control valve for use in high-pressure medium environments.

Optional multi-spring pneumatic diaphragm actuator or electric actuator available.
