Three-Way Control Valve
Three-way control valves have two modes of operation: mixing and diverting. In certain situations, they can replace two two-way valves and one three-way pipe fitting, making them widely used.
They achieve regulation of parameters such as pressure, flow, temperature, and liquid level. The valve plug structure uses a thin-walled cylindrical window design with side-guided plug, offering good stability, low vibration tendency, low noise, high allowable pressure differential, and simple piping.
For smaller nominal diameters and pressure differentials, mixing valves can be used interchangeably in diverting applications. However, for nominal diameters larger than DN100 and higher pressure differentials in diverting applications, they cannot be used interchangeably.
